Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ManagedAI platform. These terms govern your use of our managed AI workspace access service.
By subscribing to ManagedAI and accessing our managed AI workspace service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
ManagedAI provides a managed AI workspace access service ("Service") that includes: • A dedicated business email account created under our company domain • Managed workspace invitation process for AI tools • Monthly recurring billing management • A personal dashboard to track your subscription and access status • Setup support throughout the onboarding process
The Service is billed at $59 USD per month on a recurring basis. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months except as outlined in our Setup Support Guarantee.
If we are unable to create your business email or process your workspace access request during your billing period, you are entitled to a full refund for that billing period. This guarantee applies only to cases where the failure is on our end.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your business email password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party service outages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManagedAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where ManagedAI operates.
