If a payment fails, your account will enter a past-due status. You will receive an email notification and can update your payment method from your dashboard.

Yes. We create a dedicated business email address specifically for you under our company domain. It is yours to use for AI workspace access.
❓ Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If we cannot create your business email or process your workspace access, you receive a full refund for that billing period.
